3.4. Prices displayed are in ZAR and are exclusive of VAT as stated.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and stock availability.

4.2. Ownership of products transfers to you upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

4.3. Additional fees may apply for special delivery arrangements or remote locations.

5. Warranty and Returns

5.2. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

5.3. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

5.4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of return approval. Handling fees may be applied and are case dependant.

6. Installation and Maintenance

6.1. Installation services may be offered as an additional service. Details will be provided at the time of purchase.

6.2. Regular maintenance is required to ensure optimal performance of products. Maintenance services are available on request.

7. Limitation of Liability
